- Upon receipt of payment we shall try to dispatch your goods as soon as possible and we aim to deliver them to you within seven working days of payment

- We aim to keep our stock levels and prices on the website updated, in case of a price change or incorrect stock level we shall contact you for a decision for your order

- All deliveries require a signature. In case of return due to non-receipt we shall charge a non-delivery charge to the buyer for re-sending the goods out again. Therefore please ensure you are available to receive the goods

- All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our Privacy Policy.

Delivery
- Delivery is charged as per indicated on our checkout page and cannot be negotiated
- We aim to deliver all products as indicated on the details page
- All deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail Signed for, Next day or via a suitable courier (DHL), in the event the receiptient does not accept delivery and the item is returned, we reserve the right to charge all delivery carriages incurred to the client
- At most, products must arrive to you within 7 working days and if you do not receive the goods please contact us
- Europe delivery is charged at a higher rate than UK so please indicate shipment address and then choose delivery accordingly. Failure to do so will result in delays and possibly non-shipment of your order
- Deliveries will be made to address on orders only. If a wrong address is provided and the item has been shipped all charges including courier returns item carriage charge and re-delivery charges will have to be paid by the client
- On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as Pharmalogica Ltd is unable to accept liability for damages in transit, or loss of products unless the customer informs us via e-mail within three working days from the date of delivery.
- Delivery times as indicated on the website are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the courier or mail service used and are valid for UK delivery only. If you do not accept delivery and the order is returned to us we shall issue a refund if required deducting any costs incurred by Pharmalogica Ltd. Any deliveries not collected from the depot and any re-deliveries will also incur and extra charge.
- We reserve the right to deliver only to the billing address.We also reserve the right to place addresses on a black list and refuse delivery in which case orders will be rejected and refund granted. Exclusions: IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, 49-50, PA20-88 and all addresses in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White,Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands. Are subject to surcharge and delay.
Payments & Privacy
- All payment whether through Google Checkout or credit cards is captured and only debited when the order is dispatched. In case of lack of availability of stock we shall e-mail you and then refund your payment back to you via your selected means of payment
- All prices indicated include a VAT of 17.5%. Currency conversion rates for European customers is determined either by PayPal or Google Checkout.
Returns Policy

- Goods which are to be returned must be posted back to us at your own cost.
- For purchases from outside of the UK it is the buyers responsibility to check with the relevant manufacturers to ensure the product warranty/gaurantee is valid in your country. We shall not accept any returns in regarding warranty claims after our 7 days returns period.
- Goods must be returned in the condition they were sold including any packaging provided and unused. We cannot accept any returns without original packaging. On return, a proof of postage must be obtained and it is the buyers responsibility to use a proper courier and suitable insurance for returns. Lost goods in transit cannot be refunded by Pharmalogica Ltd.
- If for any reason you are not happy with the goods please let us know as soon as possible via e-mail within 3 working days. All returned goods must be posted to us within 7 days from delivery at the address provided in the order for a refund.
- To arrange a return please contact us via e-mail before sending the goods back to obtain authorisation. We will not accept any returns without prior notice. If you do want our couriers to collect the item from you a one off charge of £14.99 is payable for this service. Alternatively we will inform you of other cheaper alternatives. Most shavers and personal care items cannot be returned once opened for hygeine reasons.
- Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty starting from the date of purchase so please print your order for your records in case of malfunction and replacement. In the event a return is arranged for items not required, a refund will be issued minus any carriage costs and a re-stocking fee of £7.99 charged.
- You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods EXCLUDING delivery charges. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email . You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in sealable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail
Price Match Offers
· We are confident you will never have to use this offer because we strive to provide the best value for your money. This price match only applies to internet websites which have the identical products immediately available for purchase, and where the service is priced correctly. You must submit a price match request on the SAME day that your purchase has been made or before purchase from our website.
· We cannot price match products where the price includes any coupons or offers.
· The currency of all price matching products must be Pounds Sterling, and the company must be based in the United Kingdom mainland. At the moment we can only price match items sold by Limited companies and items being sold by individuals do not qualify for the Price match gaurantee. We are soory but we cannot accept any price match offers from Amazon, Ebay or any other similar shopping portals and auction sites.
· To request a price match, email info@pharmalogica.co.uk and include some details regarding the products you would like to match. We will need the URL of the page displaying the actual product. The URL of the websites home page is not enough. Once we have looked into your price match request we will get back to you by email within 7 working days. If you are successful, refunds will be re-credited to the card used to make the online purchase within 14 working days.
