Hold by protective tab. Do not touch adhesive surface. Press Oval patches down on dry skin. Peel off white tab. Smooth down patch. Leave continuously for 3-5 days before replacing

All items below 1kg is delivered via Royal Mail First Class Signed for Delivery. Items above 1kg are delivered via Interlink Express in the UK and DPD World to Europe and do also require a signature.
